When in stress, our bodies produce a large amount of Cortisol which tends to boost our appetite- especially for junk food – and ultimately ends up increasing our belly fat. Keeping your mind free from stress, boosts your nervous system, helps you to stay calm and focused and therefore can act as a catalyst to your ‘Weight loss process’.

To summarize all this, a proper diet plan and a stress-free environment will help you not just to lose the extra kilos on your body, but will also make sure that you stay in the right frame of mind and attain ENLIGHTENMENT.
